James T. "Peeler" Aikman, age 70, of Bluffton, a retired county employee and cattleman, died Saturday. Aikman was a Baptist and a Mason.
Surviving are his wife Mrs. Etoil Magness Aikman; a son, Bruce Aikman of Waco, TX; a daughter, Mrs. Lou Ann Lewis, of Little Rock; a brother, Bill Aikman of Bluffton; a sister, Mrs. Allie Kendrick of Cerrogorda, and three grandchildren.
