Opal (Enloe) Zey ,86, of Marionville, MO formerly of Kansas City, MO passed away on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at the Ozark Methodist Manor in Marionville. Opal was born on December 27, 1927 the daughter of Roy and Marble (Roth) Enloe both of who preceded her in death. Opal was a 1947 graduate of Russellville High School. She was united in marriage on April 18, 1954 in Enon, MO to Abe Monroe Zey who preceded her in death on December 9, 2007. She worked for R.H. Macy Dept. Store for the security in Kansas City for many years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marionville, MO.She touched countless children's lives as a Sunday School teacher and was a special aunt to her many nieces and nephews. She enjoyed sewing, flowers and oil painting. She is survived by one son, Kevin Zey of Middlebury, VT; one daughter, Diane Mais and husband Brian of Galena, MO; 5 brothers Hershel, Harold, Gail, Gene and Raymond Enloe; 2 sisters, Ellen Houston and Linda Amick. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the funeral home. Officiating will be the Rev. Lee Miller. Burial will be at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery north of California. Visitation will be from 1:00-2:00 P.M.on Monday, May 5, 2014 at the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services in California, MO.
