James Allen Courson, 24, of Union City RD, died suddenly in his home at 11:30 p.m. Saturday. He was born on October 25, 1945, in Beaver Township, Knox RD, a son of James G. and Hazel Master Courson. He had resided in Union City since 1959. Mr. Courson had attended schools in Saegertown and Union City and had been a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Knox. In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, William, David and Thomas Courson, at home; three sisters, Mrs. Raymond (Betty) Fenton, of Pleasantville RD 1, and Barbara Jean and Diane Louise Courson, at home; his maternal grandmother, Mrs. Clara Master, of Knox RD; and several aunts and uncles. Removal was made to Roy P. Stuart Funeral Home, Knox, where friends may call after 2 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with Rev. Lewis R. Fox, pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church, officiating. Interment will be in St. Paul Union Cemetery.
