Ruth Woodruff Crouse

A memorial service for Ruth Woodruff Crouse, 92, of Grosse Pointe Farms, was held Dec. 1, 1987 at Christ Church Grosse Pointe. Mrs. Crouse died Nov. 27 at Cottage Hospital.

She was born in Detroit and attended Liggett School.

She was a member of Christ Church Grosse Pointe, the Junior League of Detroit, Tau Beta Association, the Country Club of Detroit, and the Garden Club of Michigan. She was a patron of the Detroit Institute of Arts and a member of the Colonial Dames of America.

Survivors are a daughter, Ann C. Eaton, of LaJolla, Calif.; two sons, Charles B. Jr. , of Warren, Ohio and Woodruff B., of Bloomfield Hills, Mich.; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The body was cremated.

Arrangements were by Wm. R. Hamilton Co., Groesbeck Chapel.
