MISS MARY WOODRUFF
Services were held Wednesday, July 9, for Miss Woodruff, 75, of Lee Gate lane, at the Hamilton Funeral Home and the Barbour Chapel of the Grosse Pointe Memorial Church. She died Sunday, July 6 at Jennings Memorial Hospital.
A graduate of Westover School, she was a member of the Junior League of Detroit, the Tau Beta Association, the Detroit Humane Society, the National Association of Colonial Dames in Michigan, the Detroit Club and the Grosse Pointe Club.
Miss Woodruff was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fremont Woodruff. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Charles B. Crouse and Mrs. John Owen III.
Interment was at Woodmere Cemetery.
