Holm—Died, at 8 o'clock, Monday evening, Aug. 11, 1913, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Alice McKinnon, 1317 South Thirteenth street, Mrs. Rachel Holm, aged 68 years, 2 months and 15 days. Deceased had resided in this city with her daughter for the past fourteen years. She is survived by one son, Henry Holm of Shelbyvllle. Mo., four daughters, Mrs. Alice McKinnon and Mrs. Lillian Schick of this city, and the Mrs. Gertrude McKinnon and Villa Holm of Chicago. The body will be forwarded this afternoon over the Illinois Central railroad to Newton, where the burial will be made Wednesday.

Source for this memorial comes from two obituaries, one of which indicates Rachel was buried in "Newton Cemetery". However a volunteer has reported that the cemetery has no record of Rachel's burial.
