Mrs. Ida Dickard buried Tuesday

Funeral services for Mrs. Ida F. Dickard, 81, of Jackson were held Tuesday from Baldwin Funeral Home there, with burial in Cedar Lawn Cemetery.

Mrs. Dickard died Sunday in a Jackson nursing home following an extended illness.

A native of Holmes County, she was a member of Harlands Creek Baptist Church.

She leaves six daughters, Mrs. L. J. Brooks, Mrs. James R. Munn, Mrs. W.D. McDaniel, and Mrs. V. H. Schurr, all of Jackson Mrs. C. H. Bryant of Vicksburg, and Mrs. J. A. Carpenter of Lexington; a sister, Mrs. Art Knott of Jackson; three brothers, Tom Ferrell of Lexington, Robert Ferrell of Jackson, and R. L. Ferrell of Jackson; 13 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
