Services for Jimmy Charles Davis, 43, Alex, are 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Jim Epperson Funeral Service. The Rev. Jim Smith will conduct rites and burial will follow in Highland Cemetery in Stonewall.
Mr. Davis died Saturday in Alex. He was born April 12, 1944 in Stonewall to Charlie and Addie Bell Davis. He married Carol Burkes on Dec 14, 1985, in Coalgate. He was a construction worker.
Survivors include his wife, Carol, of the home; two daughters, Tracy Davis Cline, Poteau, and Virginia Davis Thedford, Cameron; one stepson, Justin Chavez, and one stepdaughter, Shana Chavez, both of Alex, his mother, Addie Bell Davis, Ada, one brother, John S. Davis, Tupelo; five sisters, Ann Johnson, Phoenix, Ariz., Barbara McMeans, Velma, Pat Fortner, Tupelo, Kay Henry, Ada, and Virginia Charlene Binger, Seminole.
Bearers include J.L. McMeans, Kenneth Fortner, Bill Musgrave, Frank Bolding, Leonard John and Lewis Woodell.
