Ulrich & Anna Maria (Germann) STEHLEY had two daughters baptized as Anna Barbara, one in 1724 , the other in 1727. Usually it is because the earlier one has died. In this case it is another puzzle. It makes more sense that the one born 1724 came on the ship with her parents and her brother Hans Peter who was born in 1725. Also fits with her marriage at age 19. There have been many church records showing baptisms of children one day and their burial the next, this may have been what happened to the Anna Barbara baptized in 1727.

Original church record:
Maria Barbara Stalry, Ulrich Stalry und Schwitzers, im Hangholz wohnhaft, und Anna Maria Germannin ehelig erzeugtes Töchterlein ist gebohren Donnerstag den 18. Sept. 1727 und getauft worden den 5. Oct.

Translation:
Maria Barbara Stalry is the daughter of Ulrich Stalry, a Swiss man, living in Hangholz, and of Anna Maria Germann. This little girl has been born on Thursday 18 Sept. 1727 and baptized on 5 Oct. in the morning here at Waldersbach with permission of the Catholic curé of the parish where the parents live and as the enclosed permit proves. The godfather's name is Jacob Farni living at Lorey, the godmothers are Barbara Schlacter, born Brack, and Barbara Farni, born Farni.

Her husband Martin Boyer signed his name in 1743 as being on the list of members of the Warwick Congregation that later became known as Emanuel Lutheran Church in Brickerville, Lancaster Co PA (records of Pastoral Acts at Emanuel Lutheran Church near Brickerville Elizabeth Twp. Lancaster Co PA)
Their marriage was recorded there Jan 25 1743 by the Rev. Casper Stover.
