He was born in Williamsport, IN on May 3, 1940 to Delmar and Glenda Mounts. In 1964, he married Vicky Jenkins-Mounts. He worked as technician for Hobart Corporation until his retirement. Delmar is preceded death by his father, Delmar; daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Dan Hammen, and grandsons, J.D., Joey and Nicholas. He is survived by wife, Vicky; mother, Glenda; sister, Pat; brother, Doug: son, Delmar; daughter, Virginia; nephew (whom he raised), Harold and grandchildren, John, Jimmy and Arianna.
