Rosella Ball Day, age 90, of Etowah died Sunday, April 6, 2014 at the Cardinal Care Center.

She was born June 16, 1923 in Transylvania County to William Thurman Ball and Pearl Baynard Ball.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Calvin Day in 1991; four sons, Bill Day, Larry Day, Harry Day, and Mickey Day.

Mrs. Day was a longtime resident of Henderson County, and a member of Etowah Baptist Church.

She was a home maker, an avid gardener and seamstress; she was loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Burial: in Oak Forest Cemetery.
