Mrs. Verla Verner, aged, 79, of Comstock Park, and widow of Jack Verner, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 1995. Surviving are her children, Ronald and Alma Verner, Daniel and Barb Verner, May Lou Guastella, Jacqueline and Robert Ripley, and Joyce Garber; 16 grandchildren; her brother and sister-in-law. Howard and Rose Wanamaker; her sisters, Reva Payne and Ida Koski; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Comstock Park Christian Reformed Church, 5070 Pine Island N.E., Comstock Park, with Rev. Gerald Koning officiating. Interment in Washington Park Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Verner reposes at the funeral chapel where relatives and friends may meet her family Wednesday from 7-9 and Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
