Funeral services for Mrs. Belle Barton, whose death occurred at the home of her son in Sumner County, were held this afternoon at 2:30 o'clock, at Mt. Zion church in West Bolton. Rev Robt. J. Church, pastor of the local Baptist church, prched the funeral service. Interment took place in Mercer cemetery.
Mrs. Bart was a highly respected citizen of Sumner county, but formerly resided in West Bolton for a good many years. She was aged 67 years and 11 months at the time of her death. The deceased leaves two daughters and five sons to mourn her death. The children are: Mrs. Davenport, of Oklahoma City; Mrs. Smith of Dilworth; Will Barton of California; James, John, Garfield and Blaine Barton all of this community.
