FUNERAL SERVICES HELD THURSDAY FOR EMMETT COMPESTINE
Funeral services for Emmett COMPESTINE will be held today at 2 p.m. in the Root Mortuary in Steamboat Springs.
COMPESTINE died Monday in Hayden. He was living with his daughter Mrs. Anna McCOOL. He was also survived by three sons; Modesto, Milner; Louis, Steamboat Springs and Charles of Pacific, California along with 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
He was born in Italy May 31, 1883 and moved to Milner in 1922 from Iowa. He was a retired miner who once worked at Mt. Harris.
Interment will be the Steamboat Springs cemetery.
