BATESVILLE - Bernice Rowland Woodard, 91, died Monday, August 8, 2005, at Beverly Healthcare.
Services were yesterday at Wells Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Doug Pepper officiated. Burial was in Forrest Memorial Park. Wells Funeral Home had charge.
Woodard, born March 4, 1914, in Walnut to the late Tolbert and Ola Rowland, was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie A. Woodard.
Survivors include two sons, Jimmy D. Woodard of Batesville and Johnny D. Woodard of Locust, N.C.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
