Memorial Services for Mr. Clyde Bass Sr. of Monroe, La will be 6:00 PM Friday, August 7, 2015, at Grace Baptist Church in Monroe with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until time of service at the church.

Mr. Bass was born June 29, 1955, in Monroe, La and passed from this life on August 5, 2015, in Monroe, LA, at the age of 60. He was a beloved father, brother, and friend to all. He liked to drink, fish, and hunt and spend time with family and friends. He was always having fun and enjoying life to the fullest.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Luther and Dorothy Bass and brothers, Bobby Bass and Buddy Bass.

Survivors include his son, Clyde L. Bass Jr. & wife Amity of Prairieville, La.; two daughters, April Ellis & husband Michael of Kelly, La. and Dana Butler of Olla, La.; five grandchildren, Christopher Butler, Jacob Butler, Cole Butler, Robert Gambino and Lily Gambino; two great-grandchildren, Gabe Butler and Charlie Butler; two brothers, Steve Bass of Monroe and Bo Bass of Monroe; three sisters, Vickie Godina of Monroe, Frankie Coons of West Monroe and Peggy Johnson of Ar.; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
