Mrs. J.H. Laws, after a long and painful illness, died at her home here Tuesday night last. The funeral service which was conducted by Rev. G.L. Jenkins, was held at the home of the deceased, after which the remains were interred in the city cemetery.
She was married, 15 Dec 1870 in Troup County, Georgia, to John Henry Wesley Laws.
