Belle was daughter of Mary A Crawford-Shook and spouse John Oliver Shook (he was reportedly murdered in October 1860 in Waco, McLennan county, Texas area, leaving Belle's mother a widow).

She married Bennett Alexander Nalley on 10 Sept 1863 in McLennan County, Texas and had 10 known children born of their marriage.

"Banks Sutherland Funeral Home" later renamed to McCammon Funeral Home, in Corsicana, Navarro County, Texas where Belle died stated they were shipping Belle Nalley back to aquilla to be buried.

She was likely buried next to her husband, Bennett Alexander Nalley, who predeceased Belle in 1908 and is reportedly buried in this cemetery. I do not know if Belle got a headstone after the Corsicana funeral home xferred her body to Aquilla for burial or not but am turning in a photo request for both she and her husband.
