Born around 1785 in Dorchester County MD; son of Nathan and Naomi (North) Busic. Married Rhoda Grubbs in Virginia between 1806 and 1810. His father died in Grayson Co., VA in 1820. He was a resident of Madison Co., OH in the 1820 Census, residing in Madison Co. the rest of his life. Several of his sons are buried in Bethel Cemetery, Range Twp. He lived with his son Edward in Range Twp. in his latter years. Four of his sons - Nathaniel, Edward H., Joseph Franklin and Elijah Winfield are buried in Bethel Cemetery, Range Twp. His sons Richard A and William are buried in Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Sterling. It seems likely that he be buried somewhere in Madison County.
