Evelyn was born on July 25, 1926 in Lingaville, TX, to Ross and Jettie Spain. She married Gene Collier in Odessa, TX, and worked for Industrial Communications for 40 + years.
She is preceded in death by Gene Collier, husband, Leonard Spain, brother, and William Cason Thomas, great-great grandson.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynda Hudson and her husband Randy, sister, Betty Metsgar, grandsons, Michael and his wife Kelli Stotts, Corey and his wife Melissa Bromwell, and Chris Stotts, great grandchildren, Gabbie Thomas, Tristin Stotts, Zander Stotts, and Jillian Bromwell.
Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at Sunset Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 23, 2015 at Sunset Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
