WHEELER OWENS SERVICES SUNDAY
MOULTON ~ Wheeler Owens,76,Moulton 2,
died today at 5:05 a.m. at the home
of Mrs. Clara Cooper,a daughter.
Services are to be Sunday at 2:30 at
Berea Baptist Church. Burial will be
in Red Hill Cemetery with Elliot Funeral
Home of Moulton directing. The Rev.Bob
Ledlow is to officiate.
Mr. Owens had been ill for about 2 years.
He was a life long resident of Lawrence
County and was a memberof Berea Baptist
Church.
Survivors include one son, Irwin J. Owens
of Moulton 2,two daughters, Mrs. Clara Cooper
Moulton 2 and Mrs. Julia Mae Hall of Trinity,
and eight grandchildren.
The body was to be returned to Mrs. Cooper's
home late this afternoon. It will remain there
until time for services.
