Mildred Ruth Botkins Adams, 82, of Vanceburg, Ky., died Saturday, June 1, 2001, at a Lexington, Ky., hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Mearl Adams.
Surviving are one son, Frank Adams; one daughter, Carol Gilbert; one sister, Elizabeth Hilander; and two grandchildren.
Services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Vanceburg United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Allan Harman officiating, and interment in Lewis County Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday and from 8 to 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
