Delphine, or ''Ducky'' as she was lovingly known to her family, was born in Trafford, Pa., on Jan. 30, 1915. She was the daughter of the late Theodore P. Todd Sr. and Maude P. Todd of Virginia Beach. Delphine was a retired executive secretary and a gifted pianist. She was the widow of Kenneth I. Ormiston and Fouzy V. Abbott and was predeceased by her brother, Theodore P. Todd Jr. and sister, Marion Todd Whitney.
Delphine is survived by her brother and his wife, Robert D. and Ruth Todd of Johns Island, S.C.; stepson and wife, Allen and Laurie Abbott of Connecticut; and a host of loving nieces and nephews, John Todd, Kenneth Todd, Candice Todd, Theodore Todd, Sandra Dillon, Jacqueline Bennett and Robert Todd as well as many great-nieces and -nephews.
A funeral will be held at H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., 2002 Laskin Road, at 10 a.m. Tuesday. A private burial will follow.
