Funeral services for Clarence C. Staab, 64, 1917 MacArthur Road, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Hays. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Church Cemetery. The body will lie in state at Brock’s North Hill Chapel from 1 p.m. Sunday until service time.

Staab an employee of Phillips Petroleum Co. for 23 years, died Friday night in St. Anthony Hospital.

Survivors include his widow, Mary, of the home; one son, Eddy, of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Eddy (Cornella) Raymond of Torrence, Calif., and Mrs. Neil (JoAnn) Nulton of Hays; three brothers, Alexius of Hays, Joe of Topeka and Gus of Kimball, Neb.; four sisters, Mrs. Mary Walters of Victoria, Mrs. Ida Leikam, Mrs. Rose Zwenger and Mrs. Edmund Giebler, all of Hays, and three grandchildren.

Staab was a member of the Third and Fourth Degrees of the Knights of Columbus and the Eagles Lodge. The Fourth Degree Knights will have an honor guard at 8 p.m. Monday night and rosary service at 8:30.
