CORTLAND – Amelia L. Anz, 84, of 11 Garfield St., died Thursday, Feb. 4, 1993 at her home. Mrs. Anz was a life resident of Cortland. She retired in 1973 from the cafeteria of Cortland Junior High School and previously was employed with Crescent Corset Co.
Her husband, John Jr., died in 1987. Mrs. Anz was a communicant of St. Anthony’s Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Toni Rydzyk of Derby; two granddaughters; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 8:50 a.m. Monday at Bertini Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, the Rev. Carlo Stirpe officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 69 N Main St. A vigil service will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
