CHARLES CALVIN FAITH, well known farmer of the Clearspring district, died at the Washington County Hospital on Tuesday morning of complications after an illness of one week, aged 60 years. He was born and reared in the Clearspring district, the son of John F. and Cornelia (Slayman) Faith.

He was a member of St. John's Reformed Church of Clearspring.

The following children survive: Mrs. Lester Keyser, Dry Run; Mrs. William Carebaugh and Mrs. Marie Shellee, Clearspring; Mrs. Carlton Turner, Hagerstown; Mrs. Earl Statler, Martinsburg, WV; and Miss Geneva, at home; sons, Earl J. and John W. Faith, Clearspring; and Adrian C. Faith, Fort Frederick; 18 grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. David Robinson and Mrs. Newman Corwell, Clearspring; and brother, James Faith, Clearspring.

Services were held at St. John's Reformed Church; interment in Rose Hill Cemetery, Clearspring; arrangements by the A.K. Coffman Funeral Home.
