Marie Mae (Faith) Schelle, 95, formerly of Rockdale Road in Clear Spring, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Golden Living Center in Hagerstown.

Born July 9, 1915, in Claylick, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Cora Grace (Sword) and Charles Calvin Faith.

She is survived by one sister, Ruth Ashton of Martinsburg, W.Va.;
five children,

Earl J. Faith,
John W. Faith and
Adrian C. Faith;
a daughter, Connie F. Semler;
a son, Terry Lee Schelle; and
three grandchildren,
Terry Jordan,
Lori Jordan and
Tammy Hobbs.

She was a member of Broadfording First Church of God, was an antique dealer, homemaker and enjoyed gardening and farming.

Services will be Monday, May 9, 2011, at 1 p.m. at Donald Edwin Thompson Funeral Home Inc., 13607 National Pike, Clear Spring. The Rev. Ronnie Faith will officiate. Burial will be in the Little Rose Hill Cemetery of Clear Spring.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 8, from noon to 3 p.m. at the funeral home.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
