She was born Nov. 7, 1926, in Lancaster, Pa., to the late D. Stoner and Frances (Miller) Krady. She married Martin W. Lehman on April 5, 1947, in Lancaster. He survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Rachel (Eldon) Lehman Stoltzfus of Goshen; a son, J. Conrad Lehman of Goshen; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Ruth (Harold) Lehman of Harrisonburg, Va., Naomi (Paul) Lehman of Ephrata, Pa., Lois (Roy) Hartzler of New Paris and Betty (Cary) Kelsey of Elkhart; and two brothers, Daniel Krady of Harleysville, Pa., and James (Madeleine) Krady of Lancaster.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Elva Krady, and a brother, Paul Krady.
A Goshen resident since 2008, coming from Sarasota, Fla., Mrs. Lehman was a member of Forks Mennonite Church and was attending College Mennonite Church, Goshen. She actively served in many influential roles within the church including as minister's spouse and an administrative assistant for Bahia Vista Mennonite Church, Sarasota, Fla.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Koinonia Room at College Mennonite Church. An 11 a.m. memorial service will be Saturday at College Mennonite Church. Pastors Phil Waite and Richard Martin will officiate. A memorial service will also be held at Bahia Vista Mennonite Church. Cremation will take place and cremains will be placed in a columbarium at Bahia Vista Mennonite Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Southeast Mennonite Conference. Yoder-Culp Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
