She was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late John and Mildred Margaret ( nee' Mahoney) Hartnett. She lived in Highlandtown and graduated from Clara Barton High School.
She is survived by son John Barry Karwacki, daughter Karen Lynn Arnetta and sisters Doris M. Huber and Joan Sarszynski.
Her husband of 56 years, Michael A. Karwacki, daughter Denise Andrews and sister Marjorie Hartnett preceded her in death.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, with interment at Oak Lawn Cemetery.
