ALBERT LINDEE

Albert Lindee, 78, of 3515 Shawnee Place, Des Moines, died Monday at Iowa Methodist hospital. He had been in failing health for one year, and death was attributed to cancer.

Mr. Lindee was born at Nichols, and lived there in (till) 1920. He was an active member of the Christian church at Nichols, and joined the Masonic lodge in 1909.

He moved to Muscatine in 1920 and lived here until 1934 when he moved to Des Moines.
Mr. Lindee was a retired railway postal clerk.

Surviving are the widow Isa Lindee;
four daughters,
Mrs., L. B. Wadsworth of Valley Forge, Pa.,
Mrs. Clyde Seeley of Williams Bay, Wisc.,
Mrs. Paul Smith of Tonawanda, N. Y., and
Mrs. Fred Stewart Jr. of Des Moines;
and 12 grandchildren.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Dunn's funeral home at Des Moines.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p. m. Thursday at the Nichols cemetery.
