Susie Sparks Bandy, Age 93 of Wolford, Virginia passed away on Sunday,
June 14, 2015 at her home.
Born February 13, 1922 in Buchanan County, she was the daughter of the late
Eliga and Emila Prater Sparks. She was a retired seamstress having worked
For a sewing factory in Elkton Maryland.
Our family has lost our most cherished and loved member. Susie was an amazing
Lady, helped so many people and never closed her door to anyone. We are
Heart broken but realize it was time for her remarkable time on earth to end.
Susie will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Holly and Lester
Bandy and one daughter Athalene Main.

1 PM at the Virginia Funeral Home Chapel in Grundy, Virginia with Roger Keene
Officiating with burial to follow in the Sparks Cemetery on Coon Branch in Wolford
Virginia.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening 6 PM at the Virginia Funeral Home
A service will be held at 7 PM.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
