CALDWELL — Services for William Harry Bittick, 78, of 616 Chicago, who died Monday at his home, will be conducted at Dakan Funeral Chapel at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. David S. Smith of the First United Methodist Church. Interment will be at Canyon Hill.
Mr. Bittick was born Aug. 5, 1892, in Topaz, Mo., and was reared in Missouri. He married Leona E. Sloan on Jan. 27, 1914, in Mountain Grove, Mo., and they came to Idaho in 1925. They located at Notus, and moved to Caldwell in 1944. Mrs. Bittick died May 24, 1956.
He is survived by a son, Herb Bittick of Pasco, Wash.; a daughter, Mrs. Lilburn (Irene) Cooper of Caldwell; a brother, James Bittick of Roswell, and seven grandchildren, Barbara Ann and Gary Cooper of Caldwell and Dale, Jerry, Richard, Scott and Mike Bittick of Pasco. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
