Angela E. Soucie Nelson, 100, of Momence, died Friday, Jan. 17, 1992 At Our Lady of Victory Nursing Home in Bourbonnais.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the Cotter Funeral Home in Momence.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Momence by the Rev. Phillip Dedera.
Burial will be in St. Patrick's Cemetery.
Memorials may be made for St. Patrick Catholic Church in Momence.
She was born May 18, 1891 in St. Anne, the daughter of Henry and Olive Blanchette Pommier.
She married Noah Soucie on Feb. 15, 1911 in St. Anne. He died Jan. 4, 1940.
She married Christian Nelson on Jan. 8, 1943 in St. Louis, Mo. He died Jan. 3, 1980.
Surviving are three daughters and a son-in-law, Angela Gibson of Grant Park, Rita and Dr. Peter Mach and Olive Mae Soucie, all of Kankakee; five grandchildren; give great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sister Mary Fidelis Pommier of Kankakee and Mary LaFond of Beaverville; and a brother, Joseph Pommier of St. Anne.
She was preceded in death by a son, three daughters, a grandchild, five brothers and three sisters.
Mrs. Nelson was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church.
