Obituary for Aubrey Lee Stoltz

WALKERTOWN – Mr. Aubrey Lee Stoltz passed away May 30, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born in Forsyth County, September 2, 1935 to the late O.P. Stoltz and Susan Fulp Stoltz. Aubrey was a loving father, Grandfather, and Great-Grandfather. He was affectionately called “Paw Paw” by most who knew him. His most memorable legacy was the love, pride, and affection he had for his family.

Mr. Stoltz owned and operated a family business that has been in the Stoltz family for over 75 years, Stoltz Automotive and Tire Co. He retired from RJR Archer.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Shutt Stoltz, a son Steven Gray Stoltz and two daughters-in-law, Laura Stoltz, and Terri Stoltz.

Surving are: his three sons, Robert Lee Stoltz, Jimmy E. Stoltz, and wife Debbie, Michael Ray Stoltz and wife Alison, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and his sister, Ruth Stoltz Mabe.

A Funeral Service will be conducted 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Walkertown First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday at the home of Aubrey Stoltz from 10:30 AM -1:30 PM and from 6-8 PM Monday evening at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. Donations may be made in Aubrey’s honor to Walkertown First Baptist Church at 5185 Sullivantown Rd.Walkertown, NC 27051.
