Billy was the son of James Leo Walls and Annie Kate Hurtt. He married Juanita June Pullam on Mar 23, 1953, later divorced. Billy & June had one daughter. Billy served in the U.S. Air-force enlisting Feb 24, 1953 Release May 4, 1955. In later years Billy suffered with Huntington's disease (HD) a neurodegenerative genetic disorderlike his mother & sisters, Mildred & Lucy. He was confined to a nursing home in Waco TX a couple of years before his death. Upon death he was cremated and his ashes were sent to his daughter who traveled to Humble Beach Oregon and tearfully tossed his ashes to the sea, the place he loved more then any other. He loved the ocean.
