Margaret married William Skilling (1849-?) of Donnybrook on Sep. 17, 1873, at Benalla. They had two Children; Ellen Skillion (1874-1897) and James Skilling/Skillion (1877-1961). William was arrested on Apr. 15, 1878, with aiding and abeting Ned Kelly, and sentenced to six years hard labour. Although he was released on Jun. 11, 1883, he never returned to his wife and children. Margaret took up with Thomas Peter Lloyd (1857-1927) during 1879 and lived as husband and wife, having eleven children before she died in 1896. Thomas then married Rachel Hart, a sister of Steve Hart, the youngest member of the Kelly Gang, and with her had another six children. Margaret's children by Thomas Lloyd were; Annie Bridget married Cooke (1881-1969), Edward "Ned" (1882-1949), Catherine (1883-1916), John (1885-1885), Thomas (1886-1886), Mary married Stalesworthy (1887-?), Maude May married Murphy (1888-1978), Lilian married Hayes (1890-1981), Rosaline married Rogan (1891-1969), Mildred married Gallahar (1892-1939) and Albert "Sonny" (1894-1944).
