He was survived by his brothers, David Petrey of Crawfordsville, Indiana, Clinton Petrey of Wartburg, Tennessee, and Virgil Petrey of Lancing, Tennessee; and his sister, Anna Jones of Brodhead, Kentucky.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Caleb Petrey and Percy (Lawson) Petrey.
Graveside services were held at the Woodstock Cemetery.
Morris and Hislope Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
