Darlene Evans Dangerfield, 61, of Bonneau, SC, a former restaurant manager for Burger King and Jane’s Seafood, died Saturday afternoon in a N. Charleston hospital.

Her funeral will be 2:00 PM Tuesday afternoon, May 19, 2015, in the Harristown Full Gospel Holiness Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at DIAL-MURRAY FUNERAL HOME, MONCKS CORNER, from 6:00 until 8:00 PM this Monday evening.

Mrs. Dangerfield was born October 25, 1953, in Southport, NC, a daughter of George Henry Evans and Muriel Cumbee Evans Hewett. She was a member of the Harristown Full Gospel Holiness Church, and was a former beautician, and former part-owner of D&J Auction. Mrs. Dangerfield enjoyed traveling to the mountains, cooking, flowers, watching hummingbirds, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Buddy Evans, and a grandson, Christopher Dangerfield.

Surviving are, her husband, Jimmy W. Dangerfield, Sr.; her mother of Bonneau; two daughters, Michelle B. Walker and her husband, Larry, of N. Charleston, and Melissa A. Dangerfield and her husband, Albert Cortez, of Moncks Corner; two sons, Charlie D. Bradley, III, and his wife, Joyce, and Jamie C. Dangerfield, and his wife, Sheree, all of Bonneau; and eleven grandchildren.
