She was a life member of Craven Corner M. B. Church and was a homemaker.
Her funeral service is 12:00 PM, Saturday, January 17, 2015 at Craven Corner M. B. Church. Entombment will follow in the Morris Cemetery.
She is survived by three sons, Russell Lee Godette of Havelock, James Allen Godette of New Rochelle, NY, John Jasper Godette, Jr. of Elmsford, NY; eight daughters, Brenda G. Forman, Lottie Ruth Sample, Claudia G. Steward and Annie Ruth Godette all of Tarrytown, NY, Lee Esther Godette of Havelock, Rose Ella G. Cummings, Mary J. Godette of White Plains, NY and Rose Mae Godette Hogans of Elmsford, NY; one sister, Mary Ann Godette of Havelock; twenty-one grandchildren; thirty-four great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
