Ralph B. Seay, age 94 of Newport, attended Douglas Lake Church Of God. He was preceded in death by his parents, Enos & Della Seay; daughter Della Faye Seay; brothers, Hugh, Ernest, Clayton, & Jonah Seay; sisters Eva Gregory, Eula Bradley, Flora Seay, & Dovie Willis; as well as three brothers and one sister who died as infants.

Ralph is survived by his wife of 72 years, Glennie Seay; sons Edmon Seay, Arvil Seay, and Dewey Seay; daughters Frances Bible & Wilma Clowers; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a brother Ozias Seay and sister Mary Woody. Burial will be at Clark Cemetery in Del Rio.
