Roy Everett Anderson, Sr., 75, of 2100 E. Ash St. died at 9:22 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Hospital.

He was born in Beecher City, the son of William and Nansie Lorton Anderson.

A son, Billy, two sisters and two brothers preceded him in death.

He retired as a foreman at Fiat-Allis in 1967 after 32 years service.

Mr. Anderson was a member of UAW Local 1027.

Surviving are his wife, Emma; two sons, LaVern of Springfield and Donald of Jacksonville; a daughter, Shirley of Springfield; ten grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Eva Wilton of Springfield and Mrs. Dora Head of Alton; three brothers, Claude and Walter of Litchfield and Henry of Indianapolis, Ind.; several nieces and nephews.
