Oregon Trail Pioneer of 1846. Wife of Benjamin Franklin Munkers and the mother of 10 children. She was the daughter of John and Elizabeth McClain Crowley. Her grandfather Samuel Crowley died a hero in the Revolutionary War. Grandfather Thomas McClain also served in the Continental Army.
