Passed away at Centenary Hospital in his 57th year surrounded by loving family on December 27, 2014. Survived by his wife Donna, sons Dean, Andrew and John, grandchildren Brandon, Alyssa, Quinnton, Jordon, Kara and Isaac, brothers Jack and Paul and father Garth ("Butch"). Predeceased by mother Dorothy, brother Doug and nephew Brett. Deeply missed by family and friends. Donations can be made to the Lung Association. A gathering for family and friends will be held on January 31st from 1:30-4:00 p.m. at Scarborough Village Recreation Centre, located at 3600 Kingston Rd., Scarborough.
