Eddie Dube, 87, of Vance Dr., Bristol, devoted husband for the past 60 years of Odile Bernier Dube, died Monday, April 28, 1997, at home. Mr Dube was born in Eagle Lake, ME on March 28, 1910 and was a son of the late Edward and Catherine Labbe Dube.

He was a Bristol resident since 1954 and was employed at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft before retiring in 1975. He was a member of St. Ann Church, Bristol.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Dube is survived by three daughters and their partners, Theresa Currier and Reggie Paradis of Bristol, Patricia and Kenneth Dube of Southington and Beatrice Wrisley and Tom Loring of Terryville; two sisters, Cecile Soucy of Eagle Lake, ME, and Lena Daigle of Waterville, ME; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. – Harford Courant
