Barbara J. Lennie, 38, of 706 Wabash died at 8:02 a.m. Jan. 24, 1986, at University Hospitals in Iowa City.
She was born May 24, 1947, in Ottumwa to Donald and Mary Reber Adcock.
She is survived by three sons, Donald Louis Lennis, Carl Edward Lennie and Dwayne Allen Lennie, all at home; her mother, Mary Adcock of Ottumwa; and a brother, Frank Adock of Ottumwa.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Reece Funeral Home, the Rev. Paul Miller of Trinity Church of the Nazarene officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery.
The family will be at Reece Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
A memorial has been established in her name.
