JOHNSON CITY, TENNESSEE - Amanda "Mandy" Hale, 41, went from the loving arms of her mother, Teresa, to the loving arms of Jesus on Sunday, April 19, 2015 at Johnson City Medical Center, Johnson City, Tennessee. She was also surrounded by her father, her brother, and numerous family members, care givers and loved ones, when she experienced heaven for the first time where the joys of just being a healthy little girl, free of a lifelong disability that had severely restricted her earthly life.
She was born in Bristol, Tennessee. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Lois and Ked Powers; and paternal grandparents, Beatrice and William Hale. Mandy was a member of Fort Gibson United Methodist Church, in Castlewood, Virginia.
She is survived by her mother, Teresa Hale of Johnson City, Tennessee; her father, Tom Hale of Abingdon, Virginia; one brother, Michael Hale of Abingdon, Virginia; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Interment will follow in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Denny Powers, Terry Powers, Ryan Powers, and Spencer Powers.
