Miss Floy Cynthia Ann Oakley, aged 95, of 6410 Cantrell Road, died Wednesday. She was born at Oakley Chapel (Benton County), the daughter of Elijah Preston and Sallie Kindley Oakley. She attended Bentonville schools and the University of Arkansas. She moved to Little Rock from Seattle in 1960 and was active in the Woman's City Club, the Normandy Club and Westover Hills Presbyterian Church. She had been in the Order of the Eastern Star for more than 60 years. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ruebel Funeral Home by Rev. Richard B. Hardie. A second service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Oakley Chapel. Burial will be at Oakley Cemetery at Rogers.
