Graveside services for Alberta C. Earnest, 95, of Richmond, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 26, 2006, at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Rosenberg.
She was born on Oct. 4, 1910 in Munday, Texas, and she passed away on June 23, 2006 in Richmond, Texas. She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church and also the Richmond Garden Club.
She is preceded in death by her husband, H. George Earnest; sisters, Rose Croft and Arlene Baugh; brothers, Bud Cousins and Bob Cousins.
She is survived by her son, H. George Earnest II (Buster), and his wife, Martha; daughter, Jane Bushart; grandchildren, Taylor Earnest, Philip Earnest, Mac and Karen Bushart, and Mark Bushart; great-grandchildren, Whitney Bushart, Blaire Bushart, and Stephen Bushart; sister-in-law, Ruby Martinek; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to the charity of choice.
