Harold Glyn Shelton, age 71 of Woodville, Texas passed away Saturday, April 11, 2015 in Shepherd, Texas.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at 10am at Our Lady of the Pines Catholic Church in Woodville

Interment at 3pm in Union Grove Cemetery in Montgomery, Louisiana.

Officiating will be Father Michael Strother.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 14, 2015 from 5-7pm with a rosary at 7pm at Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville.

Harold was born January 7, 1944 to James Rufus and Mary Ann Davis Shelton in Montgomery, Louisiana.

He was a retired driller with Rowan Corporation.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Truddye Flynn Shelton.

He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Jones-Shelton of Shepherd, daughters, Jennifer Ann Shelton of Woodville, Mary Edith Wade, Judy Louise Shelton, both of Alta Vista, Virginia, Swaka Lynn Tullos of Pineville, Louisiana, brothers, Gordon Shelton of Walker, Louisiana and Carroll Wayne Shelton of Montgomery, Louisiana, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Services are under the direction of Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home in Woodville, Texas.
