Our beloved Dad, age 88, passed away peacefully at home in West Jordan, UT on April 6, 2015.

He was born July 29, 1926 in Fountain Green, UT to George C. and Ethel Eliza Draper Jackson. He married his sweetheart Phyllis Higgins on Oct. 27, 1944 in the Salt Lake Temple. He served honorably in the US Army during WWII. He was a mink rancher from 1947 to 1986 in Granite, UT before retiring to Southern CA. He was an active member of the LDS Church and served in many different callings.

Dad is preceded in death by his sweet wife Phyllis, his parents and several siblings. He is survived by his 5 “amazing” children, Lorene (Cal) Clarke, Kelvin (Lorie), Ron, Shaun (Kathy) and Bryan; 22 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 at 11am in the LDS Chapel located at 8539 S. 2200 West in West Jordan with a visitation from 10-10:45am. There will also be a visitation Monday from 6-8pm at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd., Sandy, UT. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
